Farm to Table /Culinary Arts 1
Students will learn the basic core culinary skills: Focused on sanitation, food safety and handling, Knife Skills and equipment safety. The importance of nutrition in food production.
Garden maintenance and planting of crops.
We will be utilizing foods that are grown in the local area that include our gardens and local farms. Preserving and utilization of all products to limit waste.
